We may need to check the temperature rise of the hot water being delivered by your boiler.  Here we note the temperature of the water at the cold water tap and then the temperature at the hot water tap is noted, after running for a least one minute.  The difference between the cold water temperature in the hot water temperature is the temperature rise.
